For more than 20 years, Bill has specialized in the niche areas of not only fiduciary litigation regarding trust and estate and asset protection, but also business representation and sophisticated estate planning.
Bill is admitted to practice law in both Texas and Hawaii, and he is board certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. His fiduciary litigation practice centers on resolving controversies that arise involving trusts and estates, and his planning practice centers on helping individuals and families pass wealth from one generation to the next as efficiently as possible.
Bill is married to Stacey and they have three children. He enjoys traveling, golf, cooking, hunting, and reading.

As a practicing attorney, Spencer Turner routinely focuses on matters involving estate planning, probate, fiduciary litigation, and business representation.
He received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Spanish at the University of Mary Hardin‐Baylor and later earned his doctorate of jurisprudence at Baylor University School of Law. During law school, Spencer competed on several award‐winning moot court teams and was a member of Baylor Law’s Transactional Team that helped draft estate planning documents for members of the local community on a pro bono basis. Spencer achieved a Concentration in Estate Planning upon graduating from law school.
He is a former collegiate golfer who still enjoys chasing that little white ball around, climbing snow‐capped volcanoes in the Pacific Northwest, and searching for the best chicken‐fried steak in Texas. Spencer was born in Fort Worth but raised outside of Vancouver, Washington.

He owned a real estate and property management company before attending and graduating from law school at Baylor University School of Law.
A member of the Dallas Bar Association in the Probate, Trust and Estate Section, and the Texas State Bar in Real Estate, Probate and Trust Section, Bob is well qualified to counsel our clients in all areas of real estate and estate planning.
He once served in the U.S.A.F. Reserves and still holds an instrument-rated commercial pilot license.
Heather Bell’s practice focuses on estate planning, probate, and fiduciary litigation. She graduated magna cum laude in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in Criminology and a minor in Music from the University of Texas at Dallas.
Heather earned her law degree from the Baylor University School of Law in 2016 with a Concentration in Estate Planning. During law school, Heather served as a member of Baylor Law’s Transactional Team, in which she assisted in drafting estate planning documents pro bono. She also worked with the Veterans’ Assistance Clinic, which provides legal advice to veterans of the local community.
Heather enjoys snowboarding, playing flute, and going on adventures with her German shepherd, Hank.

Born and raised in Fort Worth, James received his Bachelor’s Degree from Texas Christian University. He moved to Houston after graduation and attended South Texas College of Law, where he focused his studies on Estate Planning and Drafting. James served on the executive board of the South Texas Probate Society and volunteered with the school’s Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic. After taking the Bar Exam, James moved to Dallas and joined Houser Law Firm
Outside of the office, James spends his time in the Hill Country hunting and fishing, on the golf course working on his short game, or in his hometown cheering on the Horned Frogs.
Ashley West has been a member of the Houser Firm since June 2016. Ashley assists the firm’s attorneys with a variety of tasks including filing, calendaring, and as well as client communications. She is a certified paralegal and a licensed Notary Public in the State of Texas.

Farrah is the newest member to the Houser Firm. Farrah assists the firm’s attorneys and the marketing team with a variety of tasks including filing, calendaring, client communications, marketing strategy, marketing research, and implementation. She is a licensed Notary Public in the State of Texas.
Farrah grew up in Allen, Texas and attended The University of Texas at Dallas where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies.
Farrah is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Texas and a member of the National Association of Realtors. She is also a certified Notary Public in the State of Texas. She assists the firm’s attorneys with marketing and paralegal services.
In her free time, Farrah enjoys traveling, painting, playing violin and spending time with her family. She is actively involved in her community and regularly volunteers at local hospitals and women’s shelters.
